Forum rules
Rules of the Independent Forum of ForexPeoples Traders.
Independent Forex Forum ForexPeoples.com is a venue for communication of those people who are interested in trading, investments and brokerage service.
When you explicitly agree to communicate on the Forum, you thereby acknowledge that you are familiar with the rules and accept them.
Rules.
Prohibitions of the Forum:
1.1. Abuse or threatening behavior towards the staff of the Forum, representatives of the companies or other Forum participants, including hidden actionsor other forms of aggression;
1.2. Use abusive language;
1.3. Distribute potentially dangerous software, content of pornographic nature, or any software in violation of the holders� rights, or to provide dubious service;
1.4. Use several nicknames or subscribe under somebody else�s nickname. Create and use nicknames which have visual similarity with the existing names. Use the name of the site or mailbox as a nickname.
1.5. Distribute false or unproveninformation, conjectures orslandering thereputations of the Forum participants;
1.6. Making accusations of individuals or companies which are not backed by facts;
1.7. Place unauthorized advertising in the sections which are not specifically allotted for this purpose;
1.8. Debate about actions and personal qualities of the Forum staff without their consent;
1.9. Create several topics of a similar content;
1.10. Create and express messages of racist or extremist orientation which contain harsh malevolent expressions and statements to nations or nationalities. Discrimination based on political opinion, religion, sex or age is prohibited;
1.11. Create messages, containing words in Capital letters, use of excess punctuation, or misuse of letter styles, fonts and colors.
1.12. Repeatedly quote posts that have been posted previously.
1.13. Impose your views or call for any action in categorical terms.
1.14. Use incoherent expressions and replies which do not have any sense applicable to the messages;
1.15. Use in the Forum and in the signature any references to sites of dubious content or which violate copyrights of holders;
Advertising on the Forum:
2.1. The contextual content of the site which is advertised on the Forum, in the signature or in the section �Advertisement� shall correspond to the Rules of the Forum;
2.2. The site advertised on the forum in the section �Advertisement� shall be inversely coded with reference to the Forum in the form of a banner or sign.
2.3. A banner leading to the forum shall be only placed on the home page of the site.
2.3.1 Types of codes for placing on the websites:

2.3.3 Goods or services advertised in the section �Advertisement� shall comply with Traders� Community. The product shall be fully described in the section specially designed for the product or service.
2.3.4 Administration has the right to reject placement of a link or hidden advertisement without explanation.
2.3.5 Placing of advertising and referral links at forum is not allowed!
Warning system:
3.1. In case of violation of the rules administration will deliver a warning both in the form of temporarily limiting access to the forum, or verbally.
3.2. In case of systematic violation of the rules by a participant, the administration can block access to this section permanently.
3.3. Warning will be made a maximum of three times. In case of further violations a participant can be refused access to the Forum permanently.
3.4. In case of gross violation or incompliance with the instructions of administration, the administration can deny access to the Forum immediately and without warning.
3.5. Administration has the right to block or remove the topic of discussion without giving reasons.
Additions to the basic rules:
4.1. All posts written by the participants of the Forum, loaded files and registered data are the property of the forum and can be used for the efficiency of the Forum community.
4.2. Certain sections of the Forum have supplements to the Basic Rules. These supplements are governing rules for the communication in these sections.
All posts that violate these rules will be deleted without notice. Therefore, we ask you in advance to follow the rules of sections.
Administration of ForexPeoples will make every effort to ensure a constructive dialogue between the parties concerned to achieve maximum objectivity of the different discussion items on the Forum.
